How to care for your magnetic lashes

You would think that caring for magnetic lashes is the same as caring for any other type of lash, but you'd be mistaken. Because magnetic lashes are applied differently, the removal and cleaning process is also different. When compared to glue-applied lashes, magnetic lashes are far easier and faster to maintain. To keep them in pristine condition, simply follow a few simple instructions, and they'll last you more than 20 wears and still look as good as new!

Tip#1

First and foremost, avoid tugging on the lashes when removing them from the packing. This will harm the lash fibres as well as the band's structure.

 

Tip#2

Secondly, and most definitely, do not use glue to apply your magnetic lashes. This will weaken the magnetic fibres in the lash band, and you will most likely be unable to reuse your lash again.

 

Tip#3

As with Tip #1, when having applied the lashes to your eyelids, avoid adjusting them by pulling on the lashes themselves, as this will damage them.

 

Tip#4

We all know applying mascara onto the lashes after applying them gives us a very seamless and blended look, and that’s when we get that compliment which makes us feel like all eyes in the room are on us “are those lash extensions?”. However, applying mascara will also damage the lash fibres, especially if it is waterproof, so this is not something I would recommend.

 

Tip#5

Try avoiding using oil-based cleansers on your lashes because they will harm the magnetic fibres in the lash band. Make sure to pull from the outside corner of the band when removing lashes from your eyelid. Remove any magnetic glue liner from the lash band after removal, and store your lashes in an airtight and dust-free area to maximize their wear.
